New lens

Taking a few test photos with the new lens. I liked most everything about the Canon 85mm, except the 3 feet away needed to focus. So I traded it for the 100mm macro.

    is it a 2.8 by any chance ?......I love my 100mm even though it took a bit of time for me to use that word, love :)

    we went through an adjustment period for a few months and now we have a great relationship.

    Being on a budget, I started to consider the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II but I am not really satisfied with the MTF Chart. Also, some complain that the lens got stuck to the body.
    Could this be real? What's your input?

  119. I saw your name as the designer of one of the blogger templates that I used on our family blog. I applied it a month ago but sometime later it did some odd stuff to my blog. Not sure what to do and wondered if you'd have advice.

    Over my text is a grey color although I have set it for white.
    I've applied the new global settings.
    Although I have the layout set to have gadgets on the side it is showing them in the footer.

    The other templates don't improve it. In fact in some all my text disappears.
    any idea? I'd appreciate it.

  139. Love the pug! I use your template on Blogger and really like Picture Window though ever since I switched my Google Analytics have dropped to zero. In trying to replace the analytics code I can't find where to put it in the html?
    I apologize for sending this through the comments, though there isn't any help in the FAQ's. If you could would you please note where to re-install the GA on the Blogger template Picture Window?

  200. I love my 100 macro. Great lens. Quick question for you. I've got the blogger template picture window and I'm trying to make the body a bit more opaque. Is there a specific area of the html I go to do that? I can't get it to do it through the template editor. Thanks so much, love the template!
