Salat is the Mi`raaj of the Believer By Khandaker Nazneen Sultana khandakersultana@yahoo.com The Prophet said: "The prayer is the Mi`raaj of the Believer." It gives every Muslim the chance to communicate with his Lord. During each prayer, the Muslim recites Soorah Al-Faatihah: This recitation is not a dull monologue by the Believer, but Allaah promises that it is a conversation between Him and the worshipper. The Prophet, (SAW) reported: 'The five set Prayers may be compared to a stream of fresh water, flowing in front of your house, into which you plunge five times each day. Do you think that would leave any dirt on your body?' When they replied: 'None at all!' The Prophet, on him be peace, said: 'Indeed the five Prayers remove sins, just as water removes dirt.' -- (Muslim). Muslims have to get up at the call of the Mu`azzin: "Come to prayer! Come to success!" Prayer by salat is a cry of the Inner Soul of the Muslim. It is also ascension for a Believer. This prayer is a gift given to every Believer to enable him to experience a spiritual ascension five times a day. The Messenger of Allaah again said: "Prayer is the pillar of religion." (Narrated by Al-Baihaqi) He also informed us that Islaam is built upon five pillars, the second being to establish prayer five times a day. --(Al-Bukhaari) This makes the image very clear: Islaam is like a building supported by five columns; remove just one column and the entire building weakens. In the same way, when a person stops praying, his faith becomes weak, and the mildest blows can cause it to crumble. The prayer is so very important that the Prophet (SAW) said: "Verily, between man and polytheism and disbelief is abandoning prayer." -- ( Muslim) There is no doubt that Satan is the bitterest enemy of man; he always tries to disturb the Believer’s prayers. He (the worshipper) finds his mind suddenly engulfed with memories, problems, worries, work and his family… and he will often find himself wondering whether he has prayed three rak`ah or four. This is how Satan steals the prayer. Man is created only to worship Allaah . So a lot of reviews have been coming out for Windows Phone 7 spanning the whole range from very damning to mildly positive to really good. Until the phone comes out who knows where this will land? My money is on a lackluster launch. The space is incredibly competitive and the Windows Phone 7 is a 1.0 release hot on their crappy, momentum/buzz killing lead-in, the Kin.
Update Sat Jul 31 10:51:37 EDT 2010: I recently tried using the flash on my iPhone with the case on and discovered that it’s completely useless. The case reflects the light back into the lens and puts a white wash over all resulting flash pictures forcing me to have to remove the case any time I want to use flash. I will have to find a new case now – which is really unfortunate given that this one was one of the most expensive ones around. Not recommended.
It looks good. As I said, it has the tightest cutouts around the camera and the volume buttons, which I really like. One side effect of this, though, is that the buttons are harder to press now – because the top of the buttons are lower than the top of the case. To access them I really have to dig a little, but that doesn’t bother me.
Having made the first cut, the next casualty was the Incipio Ultra Light. He went down because left side button area was a simple cut out – the others left all had much greater coverage of the area. Hard Candy Superlight went down because I think they’re too thick – they don’t specify the width of the material but they do specify the width of the case and it’s .5″ which makes it thicker than the remaining competition at (.38″). Ok, against my better judgement I went to see The Last Airbender. I admit, the months leading up to the movie got me a little excited about the movie, the trailers looked fun and I sort of back burnered any thoughts of how bad a director Shyamalan is. Only in the moments in line waiting to see the movie did all my doubts come back, not least because as the previous showing was letting out it was like a constant stream of people saying,”That was a terrible movie.”

Hello there. I have this blog formatted as an ezine of poetry, art, and photography (called "poet'sPicturebook" at www.marnescripts.com.ph). I am now using your Simple template and enjoying it and my only niggling complaint is that the pictures that I post (usually to accompany the poems) have acquired this shadow at their borders. So they appear to be always inside a frame (which the pictures used not to have in the old template). Is there a way I can remove the shadow? How? If I try to drop out the background in Photoshop, the template doesn't seem to accept psd files. Can you help me? Thanks.
