Recently finished a logo for Deb's personal training company, Inner Strength. Conceptually we both felt that pull-ups are among the cruelest exercise, and therefore required the most inner strength.
There were about 20 sketches of ripped women doing pull-ups and 4 Illustrator revisions to get to the final version.

I find that when you're doing pullups over scary bright-red water, you're remarkably motivated to hold yourself up! External strength then becomes the limiting factor. :)

I found your template which is similar on blogger and I found how to change the header colour in your template (which I intend to modify to look like osterblenderparts) from red to green and even to black but the problem is changing the sidebar on the right to all black as this is proving difficult.
